Extreme Low Energy Ltd (ELe) are a specialist low voltage, low energy, safe solutions provider, that utilizes industry leading products from world leaders such as Phillips, to provide innovative cost-cutting power solutions to consumers across the globe. As well as specialising in low voltage electrical alternatives, ELe go one step further in terms of innovation and manufacturing – as where there are no off-the-shelf products to solve customers’ specific problems, ELe design and manufacture inhouse inventions to build into the solutions.

ELe recently received investment from the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund (NPIF) backed by Maven Equity Finance to further support its technology development and expansion plans. ELe has since achieved granted patents for products which use power from electronic and solid state devices, such as LED lighting systems which utilise computer based ethernet cabling to work, one example of many intelligent innovations.

Speaking on the appointment Martin DaviesPartner Channel Manager UK said;

“ELe were picked not just because of their current knowledge of lighting, particularly their expertise with LED, but for their skills surrounding connected lighting and powering devices using ethernet cabling, which future proofs our customer and client base in the North West region. Their customer focus and ability to design the optimal and most energy efficient solutions, is perfectly aligned to our aspirations and growth projections for where we want to develop as a business. What ELe are doing with direct-fed solar powered LED lighting for low carbon solutions is especially exciting and you will see more about our Power over Ethernet offerings with them in due course.”

“ELe are also one of only a handful of partners in the UK certified on our new InteractPro LED lighting products, which brings cost-effective intelligent lighting as well as energy efficiency to projects with the ability to utilise daylight harvesting and energy mapping for lighting setups.”

“We are excited to be working with such a forward thinking partner in the UK and are pleased to already be delivering projects with ELe for major companies across the region such as Electricity North West (ENW). ENW are on a mission to make colossal carbon reductions, and have appointed ELe to deliver low energy lighting across all of their North West offices & depots. ELe are therefore providing these sites with installation of Philips LED luminaires.”

Mark Buchanan – CEO at Extreme Low Energy (ELe) said;

“The selection and appointment by Martin & the team at Signify has been a massive achievement for us, as both Signify and Philips are regarded as one of the longest established and highest quality luminaire manufacturers in the world. Their products are widely recognised as industry leading and backed with a top market warranty scheme, which counts for a lot when making large-scale asset purchases. The fact that some of our projects will have paid for themselves twice over before the warranty even runs out is a reassuring message for our customers”.

“The accreditation is also testament to the great work the team at ELe have been doing to design and deliver lighting solutions that not only improve light quality, reduce energy costs and carbon emissions for our users, but can also be powered over ethernet and connected directly to renewable sources such as low voltage solar panels and battery storage – making them a much better choice for sustainability.

I also think this factor has contributed to ELe being hand-picked over other industry professionals, as we offer much more than just low energy lighting solutions, and instead are low energy building infrastructure experts that can deliver a much more ‘user-centric’ & intelligent commercial – or even residential – environment for our customers. Lighting plays just a part of our multi-faceted story when it comes to what can be powered efficiently by ELe, and with our digitalisation and data analysis capabilities, this leads to even more benefits both now and in the future.”
