LED Lighting Upgrade Project.
Cheney School Oxford is a secondary school and 6th form facility with over 1400 pupils and is one of the largest in the Oxfordshire area. The school suffers the same problem as a lot of UK schools – “Every £ spent per pupil on energy comes straight out of revenue”.
The school therefore wanted to future-proof itself against rising energy costs. An installation of LED Lighting was chosen in order to upgrade the schools ageing and costly to operate and maintain lighting system.

The LED Solution’s Results:
- Installed over 2500 LED Lights within the school.
- Carbon emission reduced by over 190 Tonnes per year
- The school will save over £21,000 on electricity bills increasing year on year
- The school will make savings of 59% compared to the original lighting running costs
