1-bed single story modular house is now ELe’s Board Room

In 2018 ELe engaged a builder to build them a DEMO 1-bed modular house at their facility in Skelmersdale using a Scotframe hybrid timber frame / insulated panel system.
It was originally kitted it out as a house for the launch party – but now the lounge/kitchen/diner is used as ELe’s board room and the bedroom as meeting/training room.
